Growing up in the Raleigh area, John founded Percivall Advertising in 1982. He has a passion for developing relationship-based business that provides an awesome experience to create lifetime clients. Over 75% of his clients are through personal referrals and his personable approach will give you the attention to detail you deserve. Being a part of the promotional products industry for over 40 years, he exercises the necessary experience that develops business solutions for all of Percivall Advertising’s clients. When time allows, John enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family down at Harkers Island.
Brian Hodges

Brian is a graduate from NC State University with a degree in Professional Golf Management. He worked in the golf industry for four years as an Assistant Golf Professional at several private clubs in the Triangle area. Brian joined the Sales Team at Percivall in 2008. Along with providing creative ideas for Percivall's clients, as Vice President Brian manages daily business operations. Away from the office Brian enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife Abigail and sons Huck, Fletcher, and Ward.

A graduate of NC State University, Steve spent over 15 years in the golf business before starting a new career in 2010 with Percivall Advertising. Steve manages daily business operations including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. When not on the golf course, Steve spends his time maintaining and landscaping his lawn.
Adam Walker

Adam is a graduate from NC State University with a degree in Professional Golf Management. Prior to starting at Percivall, he worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at multiple golf facilities across North Carolina. Adam joined the Sales Team at Percivall in 2014, and has been an integral part of the development and management of company stores and rewards programs for Percivall's clients. Outside of the office Adam enjoys playing golf and hanging out with his wife Megan and sons, Colt and Caden.

Chris graduated from Barton College in 2020 with his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Beginning his career with Percivall Advertising, Chris has experience assisting with our company stores, in-house account sales, and embroidery operations. Chris oversees embroidery production. In his time away from the office, Chris enjoys going to the beach with his wife Tiffany and being outside in the yard.

Mike graduated from NC State and has been in the promotional products industry for 30 years and joined Percivall Advertising in 2002. He draws from a diverse background in marketing, advertising design, project management, sales and operations to provide unique and impactful branding solutions to his clients. His favorite projects to work on involve solving complex problems that require creative thinking and resourcefulness whether it's developing and sourcing a custom product or working through complicated distribution challenges. When not hard at work, Mike can be found hitting the mountains on hiking, biking, and rafting excursions with his kids - or chipping away at his wife's honey-do list at home.
Bill Robertson

After graduating from NC State University, Bill spent 2 years in the travel industry as a director of marketing before transitioning to the promotional products industry. He has over 30 years of sales experience and has been with Percivall Advertising for over 20 years. In his time away from the office, Bill enjoys biking, traveling, and other outdoor adventures.
Karl Sutter

A graduate of Indiana University, Karl coached swimming for 10 years and led a US National Team for a meet in Bremen, Germany in 1972. Karl owned and operated his sailboat business in Wrightsville Beach, NC for 15 years as well as his screen printing and embroidery business. In 2000, Karl joined the Percivall Advertising team. In his spare time, Karl enjoys biking 18-20 miles a day.

A graduate of UNC, Taylor began his career in Raleigh, developing logistical experience through roles in order picking, shipping, and receiving. This facilitated a transition to the promotional products industry, as he discovered his passion for advertising and sales. Outside of the workplace, he enjoys comedy, athletics, chess, history, video games, and trying new foods. Taylor cherishes quality time with his family, and being productive.
Jordan Woertman
Embroidery Technician
Jordan, a graduate from NC State University, began his career at Percivall Advertising in 2022 as an Embroidery Operator. Jordan has been essential to the embroidery operations of Percivall while being well known for his stoic attitude. In his spare time, Jordan enjoys being at home with his many siblings and playing on his PS5. One day, Jordan hopes to retire in the Bahamas with his immense wealth, a beautiful wife, and dozens of “good doggies.”
Bre Peters
Embroidery Technician & Graphic Artist
Bre began her career at a young age by creating hand-stitched embroidery. She has since furthered her career by operating multiple Barudan embroidery machines with the ability to create and edit art for embroidery designs and graphics. Bre is also responsible for ensuring each embroidered piece is held to Percivall Advertising’s quality control standards and performs routine daily maintenance to her machines. She enjoys taking care of animals, all things art, reading and shopping for antiques.
Matt Dilling
Embroidery Technician
Matt began his embroidery career in 2021 with golf equipment and attire. He is experienced in operating equipment that produces embroidered apparel, bags, and hats. Matt performs daily machine maintenance, quality control, and processing when needed. In his spare time he enjoys taking care of his animals, hosting competitive video game tournaments, and keeping up with sports.
Buddy Hawkins
Embroidery Processor & Technician
Buddy began his career with Percivall Advertising in 2022 with prior experience in shipping and receiving. Buddy is the "finishing touch" in our production department, ensuring that Percivall's quality control standards are always met. He also steps in as an Embroidery Technician when needed. Buddy enjoys spending time with his family. Dining out with his wife, Stacy, while also playing sports with his sons, Naszir and Nathan, and loves shopping with his daughter, Aubree.
Chad Gay
Warehouse and Fulfillment

Chad attended NC State University and previously worked in pharmaceutical research for 15 years. Continuing his career at Percivall Advertising, Chad oversees shipping and receiving, inventory control, and ensuring that our quality standards are being met when processing orders. He also assists with large distribution projects and sales support. A native of Wilson, NC, Chad has lived in Raleigh for 20 years and enjoys spending time at the beach and being with his nephews and niece.

Jeremy grew up in Wake Forest, NC and graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School. He is a certified Personal Trainer & Nutritionist and has been involved in competitive bodybuilding for 4 years. Jeremy's daily tasks include assisting with shipping & receiving, order processing, and making deliveries. He also steps in to help with large distributions and quality control for our Embroidery Department. In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys golfing and other sports as well as keeping up with his fitness.
